How To Book?
It is highly encouraged for future potential clients to first dm @cyberclawsstudio on ig for a consultation with this format:

DM’s that are sent with this information will be considered first for a response back. Please allow up to 5 business days for a response.
How should my nails arrive to our appointment?
Bare nails always. No foreign removals.
If you did not add on a product removal when booking, please come with bare nails. This means no previous gel or product under any means. It is inconsiderate of my time to arrive with product on your nails without informing me previously.
How will I be contacted?
I will message you through ig 24-72 hours before your appointment to confirm inspos/designs. You are encouraged to message first as well.
When will the Studio Location be sent?
Location/Address will be sent to your email right after booking.
This email will include location instructions for a smooth arrival. Please read those instructions before your appointment.
How do I reschedule/cancel through the booking site?
Your initial confirmation email has a cancel/reschedule button. Scroll down and click to check my calendar availability.

How long will my appointment take?
When booking, each appointment type shows an estimated amount of time. Please book accordingly, and select the correct add-ons; I will not be able to add additional time to your appointment.
How do Nail Fixes work?
Any nail hiccups that happen under 6 days from your original appointment date will be under warranty and complimentary. Please dm @cybcerclawsstudio on ig to schedule a Nail Fix.
