Studio Terms & Conditions
Please be respectful in energy, cleanliness, and manners upon entering the safe space I have created for us. I will not tolerate disrespectful actions and comments that disrupt our safe space, and I have the right to refuse service immediately.
I, Cyberclaws Studio, reserve the right to refuse service if the condition of your nails falls outside my scope of practice; this is for the safety of you, me, and my license as a nail technician.
Booking with Cyberclaws Studio means that I, the client, have read, understood, and agreed to all business policies listed on this booking site.
Studio Policies
⟡ Booking Policy
- $20 non-refundable deposit + $0.91 processing fee is required upon booking.
- The deposit is deducted from the final total.
- No-Call-No-Show Policy: 50% of your total original booked service (deposit not included) & (aka the service you reserved for the longest time block) + 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee will be charged to the card you put on file; your deposit will be forfeited; you will be blacklisted from future bookings.
⟡ Payment Policy:
- On the day of your appointment, final payment is accepted through Cash or Card. All card transactions will have a 2.8% + $0.02 processing fee added to the final total. No zelle, or other payment options are accepted.
- If you are paying with cash, please bring exact change. I will not have change readily available every time.
⟡ Cancellation Policy:
- Rescheduling/Cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment time.
- Initial deposits are valid for 4 weeks only and may be transferred to book your next appointment only ONCE.
- Same-Day Cancellation Policy: 50% of your total original booked service (deposit not included) & (aka the service you reserved for the longest time block) + 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee will be charged to the card you put on file; your deposit will be forfeited.
⟡ Late Policy:
- $10 late fee applies at 10 minutes. Please message me if you are running late.
- 15-minute late grace period. When the 15-minute grace period expires, your appointment is automatically canceled. Same-Day Cancellation Policy will apply, and your deposit will be forfeited.
