Studio Terms & Conditions

Please be respectful in energy, cleanliness, and manners upon entering the safe space I have created for us. I will not tolerate disrespectful actions and comments that disrupt our safe space, and I have the right to refuse service immediately. 

I, Cyberclaws Studio, reserve the right to refuse service if the condition of your nails falls outside my scope of practice; this is for the safety of you, me, and my license as a nail technician. 

Booking with Cyberclaws Studio means that I, the client, have read, understood, and agreed to all business policies listed on this booking site.


Studio Policies

Booking Policy
  1. $20 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking.
  2. Deposit is deducted from the final total.
  3. No-Call-No-Show Policy: 50% of your remaining original service booked (aka the appointment that was reserved for the longest timeblock) will be charged to the card you put on file; your deposit will be forfeited; you will be blacklisted from future bookings.

Late Policy
  1. $10 late fee applies at 10 minutes. Message me if running late.
  2. 15-min late grace period. If there is no communication, when the 15-min grace period expires, your appointment is automatically canceled; your deposit is forfeited.

Cancellation Policy
  1. Rescheduling/Cancellation allowed up to 24 hrs before appointment time.
  2. Valid deposits may be transferred to book your next appointment ONCE only and expires when the year ends.
  3. Same-Day Cancellation Policy: 50% of your remaining original service booked (aka the appointment that was reserved for the longest timeblock) will be charged to the card you put on file; your deposit will be forfeited. 

Payment Policy
  1. Final payment is accepted through cash & Zelle. Cash is preferred.
  2. If you are paying with cash, please bring exact change. I will not have change available.
